CAP Street File can be used for assigning the correct zip codes to client address records. It can also be used to verify the correct spelling of Italian place names and the streets of 600 towns and cities, as well as for logistics, geomarketing and digital cartography activities.
The MS Access/2000 format offers all the advantages of the relational structure, as well as full compatibility with the most common record management databases.
The street guide has been subjected to a toponymic check process in line with the address composition standards set out by Poste Italiane.
Maintaining a correct, updated database of addresses significantly reduces the likelihood of sending mailings with the wrong address and therefore undeliverable, thus optimising the production of material and improving the redemption rate of communication campaigns.

The first update is generally produced around March/April, and the second around October/November. The updates consist of the supply of the complete, updated territorial databank. Each file contains “Changes†tables, in which are highlighted all the changes that have occurred between the previous and the current edition.
